Drew became fascinated with nonprofit work in 2013, after putting together his first event for children in Pitt County, NC. Since, he has completed his graduate degree and received a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the University of Texas, Center for Professional Education and a certificate in Nonprofit Fund Development from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business. He is passionate about organizing community efforts and has used this to bring the mission of Moving Forward Carolina Foundation to life. Any success he has comes from God and then the support of his family, including his wife, Emily; his daughter, Eleanor; and his two dogs, Lucy and Pecan.
